Delivery time will depend on the country of destination, and can range from 1 to 3 calendar days from making the purchase. The delivery of orders will be held at the address indicated by the customer according to the following features:
1.- Door to door shipment: The customer must pay shipping costs on purchases less than €69 in countries within the European Union. For orders less than € 89 in the rest of European countries, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Porto Brazil offers free shipping for orders over $ 119 for the rest of the world.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and countries outside the European Union, customer must pay in addition the costs of custom generated by the order, which will vary depending on the weight of the shipment. These expenses are paid at the time in which the order is received, and in no case will be included in the price paid for the products. The address specified by the customer can be a home, a place of work or any other address indicated. It is not necessary for matching the billing address and the shipping address. The customer will be duly informed of where the order is, as well as information about delivery of the order.
2.- Incidences in delivery: In case of not being able to deliver by absence of the recipient, the transportation agency will leave a note and will attempt to contact the recipient.
5. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

We will make all reasonable means to the end of the cause of force majeure or to find a solution that will allow us to fulfill our obligations despite the cause of force majeure.
6 CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
