Shipping Policy

Porto Brazil currently ship to EU, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and United States.

 

Delivery Information

 

Services Europa and USA

Processing: 1 workday

Delivery: 2-5 workdays

Total Delivery Time: 3-5 workdays

All orders are shipped with current logistic partners for Porto Brazil and require a signature upon delivery. Our logistic partners usually operate between 9am–6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

 

Services for Norway

Processing: 1 workday

Delivery: 2-5 workdays

Taxes and Duties (European Union)

All countries within the European Union are shipped DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, meaning, orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.

Products prices from Porto Brazil within the European Union are not included value added tax and duties.

 

Taxes and Duties (Norway)

All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price.

 

Taxes and Duties (Iceland and Switzerland)

All orders for Iceland and Switzerland are shipped DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, meaning, orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.

Products prices from Porto Brazil within Iceland and Switzerland are not included value added tax and duties.

 

Tracking & Timings

All orders are fully traceable on your designated forwarders’ websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.

 

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, Porto Brazil reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Insurance

Porto Brazil insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature at delivery.

 

Free Shipping

Porto Brazil offers free standard delivery on orders above €100. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at the checkout.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, Porto Brazil has an easy return procedure. If the complete order is returned a refund will include Porto Brazil shipping cost to the customer. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Returns Process

If you would like to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return please contact us via service@portobrazil.net.

2. Please return you purchase to the following address:

3. Fill out the printed returns form and include it inside the box. For returns outside of Norway include customs declarations with the package. Customs declarations can be had at our local postoffice or downloaded on the web. please note we cannot accept returns without this form completed.

4. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

5. Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.

6. Please leave your parcel at the local post office.

7. Your return will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your Porto Brazil Product, please contact service@portobrazil.net for options.

 

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Important information

   • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.

   • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, odor free, with tags, packaging and seal still attached.

If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
